ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

If you wish to return an online purchase please contact info@pinkproseccoboutique.ca immediately for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without an authorization.  

Items that are purchased at regular price are subject for return. All items MUST be unused in perfect condition with all original tags & packaging if applicable along with the original sales receipt within 7 days of receiving item based on delivery date and according to the corresponding tracking number. 

Pink Prosecco Boutique is not responsible for return shipping costs or expenses. If these requirements are not all met, Pink Prosecco Boutique has the right to refuse and/or reject any returns that do not meet these specifications. 

Any items that are worn will not be subject for return or refund. If an item is damaged or defected please contact us immediately. Pink Prosecco Boutique will happily replace your defected or damaged item with the exact same or similar product or issue you a credit note to be used for future purchases.
